So you wanna do the slope intercept form...

m = y2-y1/x2-x1 then plug vaules

14 - 10 / 9 - 6 gives you...

4/3x...

so Y= 4/3x...

now we want the values of a point (3,6) 3 being your x, 6 being your Y. so plug it in...

Y= 4/3(3) + 6

4/3 x 3 is 4 the 3 cancels plus 6 is 10...

let's check our work a bit? do we have a value of Y that equals 10? Oh (6,10) 10 is a Y value and adds with our answer.

Vedmedyk [2.9K]

Answer:

∴ Pineapple juice  18 cups , Orange juice 36 cups and Seltzer juice  54 cups.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given;

To mix 4 cups of pineapple juice 8 cups of orange juice in 12 cups of Seltzer in order to make 18 servings of plants

Total cup of juice,

(4+8+12)=24 cups

To make 108 cups of punch then;

\frac{108}{24} =4.5  ( By fraction rules )

Pineapple juice=4\times 4.5=18 cups

Orange juice=8\times 4.5=36 cups and

Seltzer juice=12\times 4.5=54 cups

So Pineapple juice  18 cups , Orange juice 36 cups and Seltzer juice  54 cups.
