I do not think experimental drugs should be used on humans. It would cause tons of chaos to this world, but their is lots of opinions of others on this.

No because who knows what these so called drugs will do to people. It could mess up their brains and turn them into Zombies. It could just be a mixture of chemicals and they call them drugs.
