Answer:

Ulrich Zwingli launched his iconoclastic program in Zurich to criticize with indulgences and comment on the Bible according to the "pure gospel"

Explanation:

Ulrich Zwingli was a Swiss theologian and leading leader of the Protestant Reformation in Switzerland. Regardless of Martin Luther, Zwingli came to similar conclusions, about the excesses committed by the Vatican, through the study of the scriptures based on the point of view of a humanist scholar. Zwingli did not leave an organized church, but his doctrines influenced the Calvinist confessions.

What is Horace Greeley's prediction for Lincoln's efforts to "put down the rebellion , and at the same time uphold its inciting
Minchanka [31]

Greeley could not believe that Lincoln could have a balance in saving the Union without freeing the slaves, since he (Lincoln) could be inflamed by the slaves of the border states. All efforts to end the rebellion would not be worth it.

This ended up occurring, because Lincoln has not yet been able to resolve the issue of slavery.

How did the New Deal programs differ from president Hoover's attempt tom combat the depression?
Alekssandra [29.7K]

The difference is that Roosevelt was ready to do more to solve the problems brought about by the Great Depression while Hoover was more hesitant to let government intervene. The programs he launched such as the National Credit Corporation, the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, and the Emergency Relief and Construction Act came late to do any good. Upon assuming office, Roosevelt quickly launched various programs to solve the problems. In the end, Roosevelt was right in his approach of Government intervention because at the time, people needed support to uplift their lives.
