The coordinates of the vertices of the parallelogram, given that s is a units from the origin, Z is b units from the origin, and then length of the base is c units could be the following:

W(b+c, 0), Z(b, 0), S(0, a), T(c,a)

Answer:

W(b+c, 0), Z(b, 0), S(0, a), T(c,a)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that a parallelogram has vertices as WZST and also

S is a units from origin. Without loss of generality assume S lies on y axis, then x coordinate is (0,a). Z is b units from origin let it be on x axis and Z would be (b,0)

Length of base is c units. Hence another vertex would be on x axis at a distance of c units from (b,0) can be (b+c,0)

Since base is c units, opposite side is also c units or ST would be c units

So T would be (c,a) since ST is parallel to x axis.

A video game system and several games are sold for $500. The cost of the game is 3 times as much as the cost of the system . Fin
Shalnov [3]
We have to start by creating an equation.

Cost of System = x
Cost of games = 3x

Thus x + 3x = $500

Now we find x.

4x = 500,
x = 500/4 = 125

So the system is 125,
The games, 125*3 = 375

Share 800 in the ratio 9:7.
bulgar [2K]

Answer:

 • The numerator '9's share is 450 and the denominator '7's share is 350.

Step-by-step explanation:

Step-1: Add the ratios:

 • 9 + 7
 • 16

Step-2: Divide 800 by the sum of the ratios:

 • 800 ÷ 16
 • => 50

Step-3: Multiply 50 with each ratio:

 • 9 x 50 = 450
 • 7 x 50 = 350

Hence, the numerator '9's share is 450 and the denominator '7's share is 350.

Hoped this helped.
