The man being described is Martin Luther.

Martin Luther created the 95 theses based on his dissatisfaction with the Catholic Church. When he posted these 95 theses on October 31, 1517, he discussed several different factors about the Catholic Church that he felt were wrong, including:

1) The sale of indulgences- Indulgences was when a person was to be forgiven for committing a sin/crime by giving a certain amount of money to the church.

2) Religious posts (jobs) were often given to the person with the most money. Martin Luther felt that this was an awful way to conduct the church, as the person who had the most money did not always necessarily have the best intentions or the most knowledge about the religion.

3) The sermons given were usually in Latin- This was not the most popular language at this time so very few people understood Christianity as a whole. Instead, they relied on the priests interpretation as the only source of information.

Describe the history of opinion polling in the United States
Nady [450]

Answer: vvvv

Explanation: 1824. There are two types of opinion poling-straw polling and the push polling. The straw poll is a vote within a large group.An example can be a group of liberal citizens voting to have rights.They can use this type of voting so they can debate problems.Unfortunately, other people believed it was deliberately useless, and so the push poll was in the government.The push poll is a marketing technique that we Americans still use today.

Solve for w.  6 (w−10)=5
irina [24]
6(w-10) = 5
\frac{6(w-10)}{6} = \frac{5}{6}
= w - 10 = \frac{5}{6}
= w - 10 + 10 = \frac{5}{6} +10

Therefore, W = \frac{65}{6}

Why did Himmler opt to march prisoners out of the camps, rather than simply liquidating the camps as had occurred during Operati
kati45 [8]

Himmler wanted to extend the Nazi rule throughout places and so he decides to bring about the idea of the death march of prisoners rather than liquidating the camps

Explanation:

 • The Reinhard Operation was the code name to the secretive operation that was carried on by the Germans to exterminate Poland's Jews from the general government district of Poland which was occupied by the Germans.
 • About two million Jews were sent to Belzec, Treblinka, and Sobibor.
 • In the summer of 1944, the massive soviet union annihilated the German army group center.
 • Soviet union overran Nazi concentration camps Lublin/Majdanek.
 • Heinrich Himmler ordered the prisoners in all camps to be forcibly evacuated to the Reich. he evacuated the prisoner this way due to these purposes.
 1. The SS chief Himmler did not want the prisoners to reach the hands of the enemy as they would say stories to allied and soviet liberators.
 2. they thought it was the prisoner's responsibility to maintain armaments wherever possible.
 3. Himmler wanted to use these Jewish prisoners as hostages and wanted to negotiate peace using them in the west that would confirm the survival of Nazi rule
