I think these are good benefits because if you are living in a permanent settlement then you can grow your own crops meaning that you can live off of those crops and you dont have to go foraging for food (sometimes producing nothing). Also a good community is almost essential to living with a group of people beacause it enhances trade and communication with other communities as well. :)
