The correct answer is B. ZZ

The sex chromosomes in birds are depicted as Z and W. In most of the bird species, the Z chromosome is large and contains almost all the sex-linked genes whereas, the W sex chromosome is much smaller have a high proportion of repeat sequence DNA. The male bird is homogametic having genotype (ZZ) and the female bird is heterogametic (ZW).
