Answer:

Mark Antony and Octavius raised an army against Brutus and Cassius.

Explanation:

William Shakespeare's play "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar" tells the story of how Caesar was killed by his close friend Brutus and Cassius and how this act led to the upheaval/ war in Rome. The tragic fate of the title character brings the plot to the extreme, leading to the war that will also end in the deaths of Brutus and Cassius.

In the gap between the scenes of Act III and act IV, we find that Octavius, Caesar's adopted son and Mark Antony had formed an alliance and an army, planning to fight against Brutus and Cassius for the power of Rome. They had formed the Second Triumvirate, along with Lepidus and gone against the killers of Caesar. The war led to the deaths of Brutus and Cassius, along with the regaining of power by Antony and Octavius.

explain in your own words when you would include more than the author's name and page number in a parenthetical citation.
Serjik [45]
One would add first names if there were multiple authors mentioned with the same surname. If there are many more authors one would add "et al." inside of the parentheses. If the name of the author is unknown then one would add the title of the work which is being cited.
