Sarah and Oveta Culp had great contribution in the war and also made convictions to strengthen the passing of equal rights.

One of the most important amendments which were passed by Texas was the amendments where the citizens of Texas were given the equal rights and opportunities in the country.

There would be no discrimination on the access of the rights and opportunities on the basis of sex, color, caste, creed and so on. On the passing of this amendment, some people like Oveta and Sarah had great contributions who had made convictions of equal rights. They also had contributions in the war also.
