Answer:

Example #1
In Genesis 4:10, God said to Cain, "Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground".

This was figurative language to let Cain know that God was aware of the fact that Cain had murdered his brother Abel out of envy.

Example #2
Genesis 5:1, says "When God created mankind, He made them in the likeness of God".

This is figurative language to say that mankind has certain traits of God the creator. Because the complete image and nature of God are unknown, "the likeness of God" expresses the idea that there will be types of resemblance between the creature and creator.

A good example that conveys the idea is the resemblance between an author and his/her writings, or between an artist and his/her paintings.

To kill a mockingbird was published in 1961. Why do you think Harper lee felt the need to write it. Fifty-seven years later, why
Helga [31]

Harper Lee wrote To Kill a Mockingbird based on some events that actually happened to her growing up as a child. The book is still very relevant today because it allows us to look back at our history and recognize the institutional discrimination that had been built up generation from generation and its effects on everyday life.
