Answer:

Example #1
In Genesis 4:10, God said to Cain, "Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground".

This was figurative language to let Cain know that God was aware of the fact that Cain had murdered his brother Abel out of envy.

Example #2
Genesis 5:1, says "When God created mankind, He made them in the likeness of God".

This is figurative language to say that mankind has certain traits of God the creator. Because the complete image and nature of God are unknown, "the likeness of God" expresses the idea that there will be types of resemblance between the creature and creator.

A good example that conveys the idea is the resemblance between an author and his/her writings, or between an artist and his/her paintings.

Superlative degrees are forms of the base adjectives that are defined as the highest kind or order of the adjective when more than two objects are compared from one another.Say for example, beautiful, the superlative form is most beautiful. In this case, the words of superlative degree are absolute, wealthy and smart.
