(1) Earth's crust is made up of relatively rigid plates that ride atop Earth's hot, semiliquid mantle. (2) The plates are called tectonic because they're in constant motion. (3) They can move because Earth's mantle is a very hot and semiliquid fluid called magma. (4) Volcanoes are a result of magma rising up or erupting through a plate, particularly where plate boundaries are moving against each other. (5) Also, when plates slide against each other, causing friction along adjacent plate boundaries, earthquakes frequently occur. (6) Therefore, we often find volcanoes and earthquakes along plate boundaries. (7) Plates may also collide. (8) When that happens, mountain ranges are formed. (9) For example, the collision of the plate carrying the Indian subcontinent created the Himalayan Mountains when it collided with the Asian plate.

PART B: According to Steinem, how does "Internalized Aggression" affect certain

groups?
kenny6666 [7]

Answer:

Internalized aggression made certain groups believe they are oppressed and limit themselves by letting others tell them who they are.

Explanation:

According to Gloria Steinem, an American socio-political activist, internalized aggression is a form of belief that an individual is not part of the majority and then acknowledging the intimidation and pressure of the majority by criticizing his or herself for the aggression.

Hence, according to Steinem, "Internalized Aggression" affects certain groups by making them believe they are oppressed and limit themselves by letting others tell them who they are.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS QUESIONS PLEASEEE
Allisa [31]

Answer:

Plot structure can be vital in properly interpreting a passage.

Explanation:

Should the passage be disorganized the reader can be expected to be left confused. Should the passage be organized, you can expect the read to follow the story easily. Most, if not all stories should follow the routine exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and finally climax plot structure. Should this order be rearranged it could easily confuse the reader and lead to an uninteresting and puzzling story.

Hope this helps! Good luck!
