Answer:

I think that life in the middle ages would be extremely different than how today's time is. In the 2000's we have i-phone 11's and airpod pro max's. Back in the day they didn't have any of that they had no phones no headphones they were lucky if they got anything at all they had to hunt and kill with their bare hands and with guns while today we can drive to the supermarket and get meat in some plastic that is from a cow kept in confindment. Their food was fresh meat and veggies as well as fruit they had it good and their wars were not as bad as ours today ours has cannons and grenades their had guns, knives, and bows and arrows which were not as lethal unless you knew what  you were doing.

Those powers which are not explicitly related in the document to any of the goverment levels will automatically be reserved to and exercised by the supreme federal goverment.

Answer:

I'm not sure if the option is written correctly, but to me it looks more like (A. Stopped Colonist from moving West** (I think you mean)

It wasn't necessarily punishment for starting the war, It was more of Britain prohibiting their colonist from moving Westward into the lands acquired from the French and Indian War that was largely populated by Native Americans.

And we know it's not D, because later Taxes would help finance the recovery from the war, and it's not C because it has nothing to do with mercantilism.
