1) The <em>"No Child Left Behind Law"</em> has passed the Lower Chamber, also known as the House of Representatives, after a vote that supported it at 381 in favor vs 41 votes against. It now turns for the Upper Chamber, also known as the Senate, held a hearing regarding this bill and subsequently submitted to a voting session in order for it to go to the Executive.

2) The <em>"Every Student Succeeds Act"</em> is a Law that has been successfully passed through Congress (both House of Representatives and Senate) and has received the President's Signature. This means it is ready for educational institutions to take the actions necessary in order to operate by the new legislature.

Culture refers to a peoples way of life or the peoples way of doing things. It encompasses the social behavior, institutions, and norms found in human societies, as well as the knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of the people who own these culture

One of the most important factors that affect culture is Geography. It shapes how cultures interact with each other, what they need for food( based on the type of plants and animal prevalent in that  area) shelter ( based on the natural or artificial raw materials which can be used for shelter) and clothing( based on the availability or materials for cloth making) and how they choose to express themselves.

<h3>Effect of Geography on Tropical African Culture</h3>

The geography of tropical Africa has influenced the way people who live the the tropical regions exist. For instance, we eat a variety of food based on the seasons of the year. Corn is mostly eaten during the rainy season because of its availability during this period.

Also the mode of dressing differs according to the season. The weather is generally cold during the rainy season and the harmattan periods.

These Harmattan season is caused by the influx of the North easterly trade winds which is characterized by cold and dry air.
