History

The neolithic revolution began when people discovered agriculture. Because of agriculture people could now farm instead of hunting and gathering. This allowed people to settle down and live in one place. This led to settlements and the development of group living. Since people after the neolithic rev began living in tighter more complex social situations this also led to better and more complicated forms of communication. The neolithic rev also eventually led to the development of governments because now that people were living in settlements they started dividing the work. They needed people to hunt, farm, cook, and do other things, and since not everyone could do the same thing they needed organization to decide who would do what. This led to higher forms of organization and ultimately to forms of government. Also with the discovery of agriculture people began to have food surpluses, this led to population growth and trade. It led to trade becasue people would now trade the extra food that they grew. Lastly the neolithic rev led to the switch from a matriarchal system to a more patriarchal system. In hunting and gathering times women were though higher of then men because they hunted and gathered just like the men did, and on top of that they also gave birth or created life. After the neolithic revolution there was no longer a need for the women to hunt and gather. A family could live off of the males work in the farm, because they then only needed one person to feed the family women fell into more homemaker roles and began to lose importance. Oh, and agriculture also led to recreational activity because less time was needed to get the necessary amount of food, so families had free time, and they needed stuff to do.

Hope this helps. :)

What techniques did the Democratic Party use the gain power against the south?
viva [34]

In the era of 1990s, the Democratic Party made major attempts to court African American voters believing that the strength of religious values within the African American community. Unfortunately, it did not increase African American support for the Republican Party. Few of African Americans voted for George W. Bush and other national Republican candidates in the 2004 elections. although he got a higher percentage of black voters than had any GOP candidate.

Republican candidates mostly ignored black voters and even exploited racial tensions by the '70s and into the '80s and '90s.

Thomas Edge says that the election of President Barack Obama noticed a new type of Southern strategy emerge among conservative voters.

There are three most important points behind this diversion.

First, a nation that has the ability to elect a Black president is completely free of racism. Second, attempts to continue the remedies after the civil rights movement will only result in more racial discord, demagoguery, and racism against White Americans. Third, these tactics have been used side-by-side with the veiled racism and coded language of the original Southern Strategy.

What are the key arguments that Thomas Jefferson makes for the colonies’ separation from Great Britain? In one paragraph please
Maslowich
For Jefferson, the basic elements of the argument for separation lie in a lack of respect. Jefferson frames the argument that the violation of economic and political rights that the Colonists have had to suffer were the result of a lack of respect. Jefferson is emphatic in how the British government has refused to "assent" to the basic principles of dignity and decency that could enable a successful relationship and partnership to develop. For Jefferson, the critical argument that makes rebellion and dissolution absolute is that this lack of respect will not depart. As long as this imbalance exists, the Colonists will be treated in a secondary manner, denying them their full voice and activation of their rights. It is in this light where I think Jefferson's key arguments lie. In the second section regarding the "Grievances" that the Colonists have borne, Jefferson outlines all that has been done. In doing so, he solidifies his initial argument that separation from Great Britain is the only path that the Colonists can pursue. The relationship between both nations has been so degraded by a lack of respect that there is no other option.
