Although a succession of several emperors who led the Inca resistance against the invading Spaniards claimed the title of Sapa Inca as rulers of the Neo-Inca State, the empire began to disintegrate after Atahualpa's death.

People make up there mind with the knowledge of there own opinions and what is factual to them so to change there minds is because it is based on other peoples opinions and this makes sense ( the easiest way to explain it is as if its a filter going through this persons brain and them identifying if this is factual to them or not in their opinion) to them so, after they go through this process of proving this other information that they held so kindly to there truth, wrong this suddenly changes there mind. By what they think is factual enough to believe at least to them. It can be different for everyone else.

No, the courts decision was not fair to him. Dred Scott was told that he would be set free and yet he wasn’t, therefore the decision to have him remain a slave was unfair.
