Question - Which was an accomplishment of the united states government under the articles of Confederation?

Answer - C. Independence was written

Why - this answer just makes the most sense out of the rest of them. A and B are both incorrect in that it happened but stating it wrong like North ordiance was passed, it was never passed in the north just the west. The answer could also be D. Sorry if Im wrong.
