office mate read the email or memo so you can ask their opinion about it and you can confidently say that you got what your boss is asking.</span>
3 ways for an individual to show that he or she understands the email or memo his or her boss is asking is first make sure one should jot down what the boss says to make sure one can get all the details needed especially if it is a verbal memo. Second is to rephrase if possible what was told and third to keep the memo if in case she needs it again in the future.
