Answer: The correct answer is C.

Explanation:

Jose Clemente Orozco (1883-1949) was a Mexican muralist whose works express sympathy for the lower social classes and they are also based on his complaints about the Mexican Revolution.

Man of Fire (1939) is one of his masterpieces. It is painted in the Hospicio Cabañas in Guadalajara, Mexico. His work in that building goes from a description of the bloody American history to the wonderful Man of Fire, where a man is covered in flames with grey figures moving around in circles. The man is ascending to the roof as if emerging from the ashes.

Orozco's work in the Hospicio Cabañas has become known as the Sistine Chapel fo the Americas. Despite their different themes and painting styles, both art works are found in a huge building with its cupolas, ceilings, walls and vaults. The interior walls and ceilings are all painted expressing ideas or telling a story. They are compared in their splendour with its astounding murals sorrounding both places.
