My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;
IgorLugansk [536]

Answer:

like everyone, she walks on the ground

Explanation:

This is one of the most famous Shakespeare's sonnets, "Sonnet 130".

Interesting thing about it is that in a way mocks romantic poems of the period. The common style of such poems is that they center around comparison of women with natural beauties, flowers, goddesses etc. The authors' love interests were highly idealized and shown as perfect, out of this world beings.

Here, Shakespeare fights against this in a very funny manner. He constantly, throughout the poem, gives a realistic description of his lover, rendering her unable to compete with natural beauties, smell of perfume, sound of music etc.

However, that doesn't mean he doesn't love her; he loves her the way she is - as real and as imperfect as one can be.

In lines 11 and 12 the author basically states that he has never seen a goddess walk, but he is sure that his mistress walks in a quite ordinary manner, just like every other woman does.

This line is just a logical sequel to the idea expressed in the previous lines.

Your state government is planning to stop the payment of registration fees for senior school certificate examination.write a let
frutty [35]

Answer:

Check the answer below

Explanation:

11, Olosan Street,

Alakia Road,

Ibadan,

Oyo State.

13th June, 2020.

The Governor,

Oyo State.

Dear sir,

LETTER OF ADVICE

I am writing this letter to you with a deep sense of appreciation and the acknowledgement of your good works to the good people of Oyo State. You're indeed the best Governor the State has ever had. A lot of students would have been out of school if not for your free education policy. All your good deeds are too numerous to be highlighted in a single letter.

However, it came to my notice that your administration is planning to stop paying for the registration of the Senior School Certificate Examination which I confirmed to be true. It is my duty as a citizen to advise you against this move. I will give you a few reasons to justify my point.

First, there are a lot of indigent students all over the State whose parents cannot afford three square meal in a day. The students fend for themselves and cannot afford to pay for the SSCE registration. If the government stops this payment, these young ones will lose all hope of going to school.

Moreover, Implementing policies that will make the young ones drop out of school will increase the crime rate in the state. If these students no longer go to school, they are liable to join different evil gangs which pose a lot of threats to our community.

Lastly, the future of any state or country lies in the education of the youths. Developed countries in the areas of technology, economy, and health got this breakthrough because they implemented policy that encourage mass education. Our state will lose all hope of development if this planned antipeople policy is implemented.

Finally, I implore you to reconsider this plan and continue this good gesture not minding the present economic realities.

Yours faithfully,

Kolade Oyesetan.
