Genetic engineering is applied to techniques like DNA cloning in which the steps are: step 1: DNA cutting from the parent source; step 2: DNA cut is pasted into the matrix to be modified; step 3: matrix is introduced to the host cell and step 4, vector DNA is isolated. Answer then is B.

Answer: The correct steps are

Cutting DNA

Then pasting the DNA into the matrix

It is then introduced in the host cell

Vector DNA is isolated

By the help of Restriction enzymes, DNA is cut into smaller pieces. Then the DNA is cut into fragments that has hundreds of bases, the restriction enzyme then cuts the DNA and all the pieces have different sequence of nucleotide.

Genetic engineering can be used in human growth hormones, making clones and many other useful things.

HELP ! 50 POINTS !!
xxTIMURxx [149]

C

The "Nucleus" contains the genetic information of the cell in the form of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) or chromosomes and thus, controls cell growth and multiplication. It is also the site of DNA replication (formation of an identical copy of DNA).

While the "Golgi apparatus", or Golgi complex, functions as a factory in which proteins received from the ER are further processed and sorted for transport to their eventual destinations: lysosomes, the plasma membrane, or secretion.

which of these components of a cell functions like the digestive system in the human body, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus,
My name is Ann [436]
Well the endoplasmic reticulum has both smooth and rough bodies. Smooth is the synthesis of fats and detoxifies harmful bodies. Mostly in the liver. And the rough mainly synthesize proteins which are basic components of life. Proteins are sent all over the body and are used for many functions. The golgi is used to package those proteins and send those proteins through the body. Mitochondria creates energy and is the power house of the cell. And the plasma membrane is like the gate keeper. Decides what can enter it exit the cell and prevents harmful things from coming in. Allows proteins to leave.
