cot θ sin θ =1/2

we can write cot θ= cosθ/sinθ

(cosθ/sinθ) * sinθ =1/2

cancelling sinθ with sinθ

cos θ =1/2

θ = (5π/3) +2πn and θ = (π/3) +2πn

so θ=5π/3 and π/3 (for n=0)

option A is correct

Answer:

55 centimeters

Step-by-step explanation:

It is a right triangle which means it will add up to 90 degrees. You would start by adding 20 and 15 which is 35 and then subtract 35 from 90 to get 55. I hope this helped :)

11d + 17d – -3d + -12d – 17d = -12
Vikki [24]
11d + 17d - (-3d) + (-12d) - 17d = -12

11d + 17d + 3d -12d - 17d = -12

2d = -12      |divide both sides by 2

d = -6

Find the volume of a right circular cone that has a height of 4.5 ft and a base with a circumference of 12.5 ft. Round your answ
MrRissso [65]

<u>Answer: </u>

Volume of right circular cone is 18.6 cubic feet.

<u>Solution: </u>

We need to find volume of right circular cone

Given height of right circular cone = 4.5 feet

Given circumference of base of the cone = 12.5 feet

Formula for volume of circular cone = \frac{\pi}{3} r^{2} h

Where h is height and r is radius of base.

In given information we have height, but do not have radius. So first need to calculate radius of the base from given circumference of base.

Circumference of circle = 2\pi r

Given that circumference =12.5 feet

12.5 = 2\pi r

r=\frac{12.5}{2 \pi}

On substituting given value of height and calculated value of radius in formula of volume of cone , we get

\text { volume }=\frac{1}{3} \times \pi \times\left(\frac{12.5}{2 \pi}\right)^{2} \times 4.5=18.6 \text { cubic feet }

Hence volume of right circular cone in consideration is 18.6 cubic feet.

I need help. Someone please figure it out
harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

\frac{1}{2^{n} }

Step-by-step explanation:

The rules of exponents state that

a^{-m} = \frac{1}{a^{m} } and a^{0} = 1

Thus

2^{-5} = \frac{1}{2^{5} } = \frac{1}{32}

2^{-4} = \frac{1}{2^{4} } = \frac{1}{16}

2^{-3} = \frac{1}{2^{3} } = \frac{1}{8}

and so on , to

2^{0} = 1
