The United States of America could be protected from the dictators from coming into power by giving the power in the hands of the people and to promote democracy in the country.

A dictatorship is a form of government where one person or political party has the power to do whatever they want. The ruler is called a dictator. In a dictatorship, the individuals rights are generally speaking, suppressed.

Fear, information control and personality disorders all play a role in keeping a people under a tight grip, experts say by the dictators. They often take control during revolutions or states of emergency; and they have absolute, sole power over their state. They don't usually come to power through free constitutional elections.
