Not being the hero doesn’t exactly mean that you are the bad guy. There are many shades of characters that exist. Such as anti-villain. Those being characters that aren’t exactly doing good, but not exactly someone that is fully evil. These characters have usually suffered mental damage. Or at least that is a common theme in many shows and movies. However, a character could also be the full villain. These are characters that have harmful intents.
