Answer: x (is greater than or equal to) 3.75b +2.99

Explanation: The problem is wanting us to find how many boxes of crackers (b) and a bag or popcorn Aj can buy with 18 dollars
To find this, we need to set up an equation

x (is greater than or equal to) 3.75b + 2.99
(sorry, I dont have a greater than or equal to sign on my phone)

-x is 18 dollars, or the total amout of money he has
-The sign would be greater than or equal to because Aj only has 18 dollars to spend, meaning the the total price can either be lower or the same as 18 dollars
-3.75b is the price of b amount of crackers he can buy
-2.99 is the amount of the popcorn

Hope this helps!

F = {(x, y): y = 2x + 3} and D= {2, 4, 6} then, find Range of f
Aliun [14]

Answer:

R= {7, 11, 15}

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we already know what the Domain is for f (2, 4, 6) we can use that to get the range

Since the domain is also x let's replace x for 2

y=2(2)+3= 4+3=7

One of the range is 7

Replace x for 4

y=2(4)+3= 8+3= 11

One of the other range is 11

Replace x for 6

y= 2(6)+3= 12+3= 15

The last range is 15

So the range is R= {7, 11, 15}

Answer:

So, exists 5527200 different leadership structures.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that four members from a 50 person committee are to be randomly selected to serve as chairperson, vicechairperson, secretary, and treasurer. The first perosn to be selected is the chairperson, the second to be selected as vice chairperson, the third is secretary, and the fourth is treasurer.

Since the order of the people is important to us, we have the following:

50·49·48·47=5527200

So, exists 5527200 different leadership structures.
