the verb that changes its stem in the present tense nous form is

A- voyager

nous voyageons

B- vider -> nous vidons

C- naviguer -> nous naviguons

D- jouer -> nous jouons

for the verbs ending in -ger, you have to add an "e" before the vowel "a" and "o" to keep the soft sound  as in "je"

manger = nous mangeons (present)

                 je mangeais (imparfait)
