The question is asking us to fill in the gaps in: "A noncitizen national is a person born in a(n) (first gap) possessed by the nation. They receive most but not all(second gap) afforded to full . Let's start with the second gap: education and health care are not guaranteed to everyone - this is something that (apart from the most basic services) has to be paid for - so we reject optopns a) and c). Now, being born in a military base is usually not disadvantageous - so the correct answer is b). An example for this is Guam

“The world on the turtles back” Answer the following questions properly (complete sentences and direct citations/quotations wher
enot [183]

Answer:

Hey there!

Pretty early on in the story, one can know this is just a myth, and not actually something that happened in real life. For example, the first sentence says, "In the beginning there was no world, no land, no creatures of the kind that are around us now, and there were no men." We know that scientifically, we can prove that in the beginning there was in fact a world, land that wasn't built by a person, and there were creatures (humans) like there are now.

Which was not a major cause of Russian weakness in the mid-1800s? autocratic rule serfdom shortages of land defeat in the Crimea
Setler79 [48]
The correct answer is shortages of land

As a matter of fact, it was quite the opposite. The largest part of the land was completely uninhabited because of the harsh living conditions in those areas. If someone wanted land they could literally just went anywhere westwards or north and procured land easily if they wanted to live there. The other reasons did however cause Russian weakness.

Why were the citizens of Washington, DC, not allowed to vote in presidential elections until 1961?
zhenek [66]

The answer is letter C. They did not have any electors to represent them

In the Congress, there is no representative from Washington D.C despite the fact that it has more than the required number of residents living in Washington D.C. This is also because Washington D.C used to be a District of Columbia. Aside from that, the Washington D.C used to be the home of many African-Americans in the United States. In the 1801, the people were given the rights under the representation of Maryland or Virginia but were stopped because of the Organic Acts. It had been a struggle for the Americans living in the United States.
