Viruses are very smallest in structure to see, so we can't see them with light microscope. Electron Microscope having higher resolution capacity, so they are best to seeing viruses.

The Electron Microscope using electrons to see specimen instead of lights and an electron detector. Electron behave as light so electron beam helping us to see very small scale specimen.

The Electron which are present on microscope has ability of wave (with a wavelength) that is very smaller than visible light. With the help of this wavelength we can see the distinguish feature of viruses in nanometer.
