Greg is a student at Georgia Tech. After washing his clothes downstairs in the laundry room he forgot to dry them and now being

late for class, he takes his underwear out of the washing machine and throws them into his microwave in his room to dry them. When he puts on his underwear, he suffers very serious burns. If he sues the microwave company, what will be likely basis of the law suit, possible defenses, and likely outcome

It was his fault that he suffered these burns. It's only common knowledge, to not microwave clothing, there could have been some kind of plastic, which caused him those burns. Either way, that was his fault.
