Answer:

The answer is option d.

Explanation:

Congress adopted an Act that accepted the use of electronic signatures across all the fifty states of the United States of America. Thr president signed this into law in the same year of 2000.

E-signs refer to electronic signatures. In layman terms, rather than only a signature made in writing being considered as legally valid, an electronic signature was accepted as being legally valid as well. The law was introduced in part to correct the issues arising from different states having their own divergent laws concerning electronic signatures at a state level. This act made it a standard that would be applied all the 50 states.

Someone you know gets a perfect score on the SAT. What personal, family, and social characteristics do you think they have
Rom4ik [11]

If someone gets a perfect score on the SAT, they will most likely have 1 to no friends because she or he would be studying all the time. The reason she or he may be studying all the time may be because of their family. Their parents may push them too hard which made them feel like they have to get straight A's and it is a way of making their parents proud. On the other hand, they might have also be living in a poor area. Most kids from a young age may see their parents and where they are at now and use that as something that pushes them to do good in life to get out of an area like that. They are not social at all and they most likely are a teacher's pet. They never go to parties or get in trouble. They most likely have a perfect attendance.

Explanation:

Passengers in a car can be either helpful or harmful to a driver. How the passengers can be helpful are, they can act as co-drivers, Try to help the driver as and when needed and not to distract the driver.

Passengers can be harmful also like they might distract the attention of a driver, they might not lock the doors of the car, they might speak very loudly that disturbs the driver.

A strategy that a driver can use to manage teen passengers is to stay attentive as much as he can. The Driver must obey all the traffic rules and follow a speed limit.
