The most internolecular force between molecules is found in solids. Some solids require a lot of energy to chang state

The least intermolecular force between molecules is found (evidently) in gasses. Gas particles are free to move and fill their container. This means that between molecules there is weak attraction.

NB: Intermolecular forces may be weak in compounds, this does not mean that the bonds WITHIN molecules are weak. You can have strong covalently bonded molecules for example, but that have weak intermolecular sorces of attraction between the molecules.
