Seek therapy or do an activity you like to do. I have had it before and I went to therapy and it really has helped.

well coming from who's depressed all the time its like feeling like you cant do anything right and just wanting to sleep alot.... and to help one is to constantly tell them everything is ok and that they are trying the best they can..
