From the beginning we know we are dealing with two different rates. Distance is equal to (Speed X Time). We have two different speeds though. We will call the min speed = x and the max speed = y. With those two ideas in place we can make two equations for both Tony and Rae.
Tony:
2x+3.5y=355
Rae:
2x+3y=320
Now you can solve the equations by subtracting Rae's equation from Tony's
.5y=35 solve for y and you get 70
Now plug that y value back into either equation and you can solve for x. I'll use Rae's distance:
2x+3(70)=320
x=55
I got about a 100 numbers on a math website. Good luck.
Thanks! : )
Answer:

The Answer would be (0.25, -0.25)

Step-by-step explanation:
Since you started at the origin of the plane, it would be obvious that your place would be 0.25 on the x-axis. The template for this would be (x,y) x- right and left. y- up and down. On the y-axis, the bug moved 0.25 DOWN to point A. That would be a negative since on the y-axis, it counts up to positives and down to negative. Similar to the x-axis, it counts right to positives, left to negatives. Hope this helped!

In a bag of snack mix:
n = nuts d = dried fruit
n = 744g d = ???g
Ratio Nuts/Dried fruit = 12/13
This basically means that if the mix was divided in 25 parts, 12 parts would be nuts and 13 would be dried fruits
If 744 is 12 parts then 744/12 is 1 part
744/12 = 62
1 part = 62g
there are 13 parts of dried fruit
13 x 62 = 806
744g of nuts + 806g of dreid fruit = 1550g
Answer: A batch of snack mix weigh 1550g, or 1.55kg
hope it helps :)
