You might be talking about Louis Farrakan, born Louis Eugene Walcott, and known as Louis X. Farrakan is the leader of the Nation of Islam, and he rebuild it after it was disbanded by Warith Deen Muhammad. He worked to regain many of the Nation of Islam’s properties and reopened mosques in USA and around the world. Probably the culminating event of his leadership in the organization is the Million Man March in October 1995. The march actually gathered around less than half a million people, but it many distinguished African American intellectuals addressed the crown including Maya Angelou, Rosa Parks, Jesse Jackson and Benjamin Chavis. Farrakan later marked its 10th anniversary in 2005, but managed to rally only few thousand people.

How did the development of agriculture effect culture?
Sergio039 [100]
The development of agriculture had an incredibly powerful effect on culture, since this led to a surplus of food (something that did not happen in hunting and gathering societies), which meant that people who were not farmers could focus on new trades and skills that led to a diverse and thriving society.

Which statement best summarizes a motivation behind the Age of
nalin [4]

The correct answer is B. Explorers from Europe hoped to discover new trade routes to Asia.

Explanation:

During the Age of Exploration (15th century to the 17th century) European countries such as Spain, the United Kingdom, France, and Portugal led maritime explorations. In this context, European explorers' main motivation was to find a maritime route to Asia as the only route during the time was a land route, which was difficult and took too much time. Also, Europeans believed a new route would increase trade and benefit them economically. This motivation later led to the discovery of the Americans, and the colonization process. Thus, it is option B the one that was a motivation related to the Age of Exploration.
