Well, honestly has a big part in leadership. Who want a leader that is a pier. Leaders should tell their crew no lies and be a good captain as in speaking to them in encourgement or having faith in them people deserved a leader who will not lie to their crew.

If you have honesty more people would trust you making you a good leader so you can tell people things to be aware of and they would take your word
