Answer:

Competition increases the complexity of the ecosystem and thus stabilizes it

Explanation:

Due to increase in competition with in an ecosystem, there arise several types of distinct organisms which lead to the formation of several micro food chains with in a food web.

These large number of food chains creates complexity with in an ecosystem and due to this an ecosystem becomes stable. By stable ecosystem we mean, whenever there is a small/large disturbance caused by some external agents, the ecosystem is able to bounce back to its original position as by then ecosystem has adapted itself to grasp changes caused by biotic and abiotic factors.

Cellular respiration is the process that converts nutrients into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a storage molecule that provides
Genrish500 [490]

Answer:

Plants perform photosynthesis and cellular respiration.

Explanation:

  • Cellular respiration is the conversion of glucose into ATP and energy yielding molecules such as NADH and FADH2 along with water and oxygen and carbon dioxide as by-products.
  • Cellular respiration is a process that occurs both in autotrophs and heterotrophs.
  • Only the final stage of cellular respiration i.e. oxidative phosphorylation or electron transport chain requires oxygen as the final electron acceptor.
  • Heterotrophic cells don't take in carbondioxide, they utilize glucose obtained through food.

Is the form of matter that has no
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

Answer:

2: Liquid

Explanation:

Liquid has no shape (think of pouring water from a bowl to a cube, it doesn't keep the same shape) but has the same volume (from bowl to cube is still the same volume)

Hope this helps, have a nice day :))

There are some people disagreeing with me, so here are the others:

<em>(which is totally okay, just wanted to clear it up!)</em>

Solid: Has a definite shape and a definite volume (<em>a cube will stay a cube</em>)

Liquid: Has no shape, but definite volume (<em>will change shapes but has same volume</em>) <u>(answer)</u>

Gas: No shape, no volume (<em>will change shapes, but also does not have a set volume</em>)

Plasma: No shape, no volume (<em>ionized gas</em>)
