Answer:

If taxes are low more businesses can be created ( A )

Explanation:

business taxes are good for the economy in several ways because they help the economy to take on projects like electrification, road constructions and avoiding excessive borrowing by the Government. while higher taxes might benefit the economy, it will as well harm it because it will reduce rate of investment and work from firms and also employees of labor. the creation of Monopolies doesn't rely mostly on taxes cuts or hikes.

lower taxes increases take home pay and also increase businesses profit after tax hence enabling the creation of more businesses

Why do some companies use travel agent to set up their travel arrangements
Elena-2011 [213]
Some companies use travel agents to set up their travel arrangement because they reduce the time needed to make the arrangements by themselves as well as it reduces the cost that they would have incurred hiring the expertise in the travel departments. Travel agents have a wide expertise in that field since they have personnel who are professionals in those fields.

high-end whole home electronic systems. The company provides a one-year warranty for all products sold. The company estimates th
timama [110]

Answer:

$16,925,000

Explanation:

The company estimates that the warranty cost is $310 per units sold

The estimated warranty costs at the beginning of the year is $10,600,000

In the current year, the company sold 59,500 units

The company paid warranty claims of $12120000

Therefore, the amount of liability that should be reported at the end of the current year can be calculated as follows

= 10,600,000+(59,500×310)-$12,120,000

= $10,600,000+18,445,000 -$12,120,000

= $29,045,000-$12,120,000

= $16,925,000

Hence the amount of liability that should be reported on the balance sheet at the end of the current year is $16,925,000
