    Dyspareunia is   a  painful  sexual   intercourse  due  to  medical  or  psychological   cause.  The  pain  can  primarily    be  on  external  surface   of   the   genitalia  or  deeper  in  the  pelvis  upon  deeper  pressure  against   the  cervix.  It  can  affect  a  small  portion  of  the  vagina  or  it  may  felt  over  the   surface.
