Consumers usually make up the majority of a free market economy. Their role is spending. If there is a lack of spending of the consumer the free market suffers. If the spending decreases to much then it can cause a recession or a depression. The the government also usually keeps track of the consumer spending and use it as valuable information in seeing how stable the economy is .
The 10 amendment states, "<span>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
This is basically saying that anything that was not given to the federal government and not banned by the Constitution is a power of the states. thus increasing the power of the states</span>
There is no dialogue given in the question but I found the excercise on the web and here is the dialogue and the answer I wrote:
"The Dialogue"
Parris: There
is either obedience or the church will burn like Hell is burning.
<span>
Proctor: Can
you speak one minute without we land in hell again? I am sick of Hell.
<span>
Parris: It is
not for you to say what is good for you to hear!
<span>
Proctor: I may
speak my heart, I think!
<span>
<span>Parris: What,
are we Quakers...?</span>
</span></span></span></span>
"Answer"This dialogue is essential on the grounds that Parris is attempting to shield proctor from going to Hell. The entire book is tied in with getting witches out in light of the fact that the general population think what they are doing isn't right and that they are going to hell. Proctor conceives that Parris is mishandling the power that he has due to his position in Salem selfishly. Proctor feels that Parris has no respect for God and he considers just himself and money.

Explanation:
The Siege of Savannah (September 23 to October 18, 1779) refers to the failed attempt by American and French forces to retake the port city from its British occupiers. It was one of the costliest battles of the Revolutionary War in terms of casualties.
The British believed if they marched an army through Georgia and the Carolinas, thousands of Southern loyalists would flock to the royal banner. The loyalists at Kettle Creek were headed to Augusta when 340 Patriot Militiamen under the command of Andrew Pickens of South Carolina and John Dooly and Elijah Clarke of Georgia caught up with them. The Patriots routed the Loyalists. It was a small victory, but it was significant, and provided a morale boost for the American cause, after Savannah had fallen two months earlier.The Patriot victory frustrated the British and dealt a severe blow to loyalist recruitment in Georgia, after Americans fought Americans at Kettle Creek on February 14, 1779

Answer:
The answer is- He lived in a foster home with a family that treats him kindly
Explanation:
During the renaissance in the 14th to 16th century, there was a rise in humanism and emphasis on human welfare. Instead of locking mentally ill patients away, a new school of doctors promoted the idea of asylums which were huge, sun-filled, well ventilated and asserted that things like rest and taking a human approach would improve the prognosis of individuals that were mentally ill.
This brought up a family care program, restraints were not used on the patients, the patients were placed in the care of a family and staff to proper monitor them. Patients were called boarders as it describes a social role in the community. This enabled them to be able to be provided the proper care, attention and love they deserved and to be accepted for who they were. In the 1400s, in Gheel, Belgium Anton who was mentally ill lived in a foster home with family that treats him kindly.
