Answer:

<u><em>Evolutionary significance of DNA polymerase: </em></u>DNA polymerase is a key enzyme of DNA replication. During replication, it duplicates the DNA strand which then moves to next-generation, thus, continuing the life generations after generation.

If there will be a mutation in DNA polymerase, the <u>nature of mutation</u> would define the consequences. If it is a NEUTRAL mutation, it would not affect the action of DNA polymerase. However, if it a POSITIVE mutation, it may improve the function of DNA polymerase. On the other hand, if the mutation is NEGATIVE, it can be very harmful to living organisms because negative mutation can impair the function of enzyme thus stopping the DNA replication. This would most likely seize the life on Earth.

Explain the role of the cell membrane during passive transport and active transport
irinina [24]

<em>Membrane proteins that aid in the passive transport of substances do so without the use of ATP. During active transport, ATP is required to move a substance across a membrane, often with the help of protein carriers, and usually against its concentration gradient.</em>

Gnesinka [82]
<h3>Answer:</h3><h2>The ability of matter to be self organizing </h2><h3>Explanation:</h3>

The creation-evolution controversy (also termed the creation vs. evolution discussion or the origins dispute) includes an ongoing, recurring cultural, political, and theological debate about the issues of the Earth, of humanity, and of other life. Within the Christian world, creationism was once widely considered to be true, but since the mid-19th-century evolution by natural choice has been verified as an empirical scientific fact.
