The most productive way to find a job is the network.  The size of the network is important because when the network is larger, it's more job leads available that person could choose. When the network is larger, there are many chances for a job referrals,  also, someone can choose a more appropriate job, get information where the job vacancy is located, what are the working conditions etc.
