This is just the first part I have never wrote a Business Plan and I need help... M&J is a somewhat informal organization in

which a number of friends and family members pitch in to do whatever it takes to make the business successful. Overall, this has worked well, but you know that sometimes there is some serious miscommunication resulting from the lack of clear authority. The lines between the marketing, shipping, finance, main office, and sales departments are fuzzy at best. There are people working in multiple departments who have no clear accountability to any one manager. In your response: First, examine how businesses can be organized and structured in general. ^ That is just one of the questions PLEASE explain to me what I need to do for this I have no idea...

Try to find a way to organize certain tasks and fitting suitable workers that are capable of maintaining it and make sure that you are checking in on them or if it won't affect your physical and mental properties you can teach your self how to show them how its done, an example for them to understand what they need to do most important for that task.   Hope this helps good luck.>-<

In general, you will most often encounter analogies in stories, especially stories that are told by an author you don't know, since this is a common way to relate to people and their individual lives.

irinina [24]

This passage is an example of indirect characterization through dialogue. I the conversation there is not much content to characterize Pat and Terrence but the audience can get to understand some things about each one's personality. The audience can infer that Terrence is more direct and extrovert while Pat is shy and introvert but there are not as many clues to be sure about this inferences.
