One of the key factors was the First Triumvirate. The First Triumvirate was a political alliance between three powerful men in the Roman Republic: Gaius Julius Caesar, Marcus Licinius Crassus, and Gnaeus Pompey. It was formed in 60 BCE, and lasted until 53 BCE

The 1968 Kerner Report, which cited segregation and poverty for the violence, was commissioned to study the Urban Riots.

What was the Kerner Report?

 • The Kerner Commission was established by President Lyndon Johnson to determine what precipitated the deadly 1967 riots that claimed the lives of 43 people in Detroit and 26 in Newark but left fewer deaths in 23 other cities.
 • The Kerner Commission arrived at a very different conclusion regarding the cause of the riots by drawing on the research of social scientists and extensive studies of the nation's impoverished black metropolitan neighborhoods, or ghettoes as they were commonly known.

While a riot may be originally ignited by a particular incident, scholars, pundits, and commissioners have worked to uncover the deeper causes and have noted a number of urban factors that may be at the root of urban riots. These urban issues, which are frequently linked to urban degradation in general, may include discrimination, poverty, high unemployment, inadequate housing, subpar schools, subpar healthcare, and biased and harsh police officers.

Well during the time of the hanging gardens, im pretty sure Nebuchadnezzar was in charge then. he created the hanging gardens for his wife to be in. his city was created with a surplus of food, a sytem of order and stability, troops, and jobs for everyone, baisicly meaning a market. the hanging gardens looked like a big white pyramid temple, with the inside of it hallow, just as if it was a skeleton for the pyramids. it had vines hanging down from the top, vines at the sides, almost like a veil to shield the outside from the inside. it had trees and birds, almost as if it was a miniature jungle, just without all the other animals. i truly hope this has helped you, and if u need anything else do tell me.
