In order to stop disequilibrium from occurring , The amount of supply should be equal with the quantity demanded.

A researcher conducted an experiment finding that students that practiced reading at least 10 hours per week had better reading
krek1111 [17]

The amount of time a student spent studying for an exam is a quantitative variable because it can be expressed numerically such as 4 hours, and 80 minutes, among other units of time measurement.

Any variable where the data indicate amounts is referred to be a quantitative variable (e.g. height, weight, or age). Any variable where the data represent groupings is referred to as a categorical variable. This comprises categories (like were people placed in a race), rankings (like cereal brands), and binary results (e.g. coin flips).

Variables assessed on a numeric scale are known as quantitative variables, as was covered in the chapter's section on variables. Examples of quantitative variables are height, weight, reaction time, subjective pain rating, temperature, and exam score.

Sigmund Freud was one of the famous psychologist who is considered to be the first person to use the catharsis theory while working in psychological therapy. Later on, he withdraws himself to work on catharsis and focuses more on the psychoanalysis.

Catharsis: The term catharsis refers to the procedure of taking out or venting aggression to get rid of emotions. Therefore, taking or venting out aggression doesn't help in reducing future aggression. The process of catharsis is a term related to psychoanalytic theory in which emotions related to traumatic events of an individual's life eventually comes to the surface level.
