The best is to organise more than just one game!
I think it might be great if there are two to three different games because everyone might like different!
And best off to start with a slow game.
Like a warm up, I recommend to start off with "Johhny Cross the River", "Run for your life", or just play a little game of dodge ball.
After the warm up game, you can get into more serious games like soccer, volleyball, gold rush and so on.

The correct option is INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL.
<em>Each team has 24 seconds to at least shot at the basket. A shot constitutes either going in the basket or hitting the rim of the basket. If after the shot is taken and the ball fails to go in the basket then the shot clock is restarted for another 24 seconds.
