The answer to this is B (loyalty).  Abstract nouns are nouns that are not tangible and that are more qualities and concepts.  In this sentence, all the other answer options were tangible/concrete nouns and you could touch all of them if you needed to.  You can not touch or use one of your senses to detect loyalty.
