Thats is a composite figure which is basically two or  shapes that make one big shape (something like that) so in the bottom shape or the rectangular prism you have to multiply 10x10x2 then 10x10x2  finally 10x5.6x2  after that you move on to the next shape    you start with 11x10x4   then  5.6x10  then you add everything up

Ipatiy [6.2K]
If this helps: 10 x .5 would be the same as 50% of 10. Also: 40 x .12 would be the same as 12% of 40.

How do you know if the question is asking for you to do Pythagoras or Trigonometry? Like in basic terms, what’s the difference??
mrs_skeptik [129]

Pythagoras theorem only works for right triangle (90 degree)

Trigonometry (sin, cos, tan) works everywhere!

Hopefully I answered your question!

If you want to learn more about Trigonometry or Pythagoras theorem, send me a message and add me as friend on Brainly. I'm a mathematician and an astrophysicist

Of 250 seventh grade students, 130 walk to school. What percent of seventh graders do not walk to school? % of seventh graders d
Bad White [126]

Answer:

48%

Step-by-step explanation:

I like to look at percentages as test grades. If you got a 130/250 on a test, you would simply need to view the dash line as a 'divided by'. So you would figure 130 divided by 250 is .52, or 52%... Then, you would need to subtract 52 from 100 to get 48% to get the percentage of people who do not walk to school.
