Which error in the sentence should be corrected when editing?
Luba_88 [7]

The correct answer is A. It is difficult to understand the part of "seven years' transportation to America". It seems to me that you should use a passive structure so as to place the kind of sentences that English courts were allowed to give first, and after mention that the first Penal Transportation Act was the one which introduced this change. The other answers do not apply to this sentence, there are no puntuation and spelling mistakes, and there are no unnecessary words.

Climate Change Vs. Global Warming thesis statement at least 8 sentences
lapo4ka [179]

Answer:

Global Warnin: Global warming is a growing concern of scientists and researchers who believe that it is a serious problem for our planet. The concerns and research have also been questioned and have even been called myths. Millions of people find themselves affected by these weather pattern changes and are concerned for their futures. Activists on both sides of the argument are very passionate and not afraid to attack each other in every way they can. There are many questions that are still not answered, however, we continue to see drastic weather changes to Earth. We must go beyond the arguments and learn as much as we can to stop what could possibly lead to the destruction of our planet, our way of life and our future. Global warming is concerned with an average increase in the temperature of the atmosphere and the increase in the Earth 's surface temperature primarily due to the emission of greenhouse gases from the burning of fossil fuels. As for the processes of global warming, they can occur from a variety of causes. The causes include the things that are concerned with natural and human factors.

Climate Change: The overwhelming evidence of human-caused climate change documents both current impacts with significant costs and extraordinary future risks to society and natural systems. The scientific community has convened conferences, published reports, spoken out at forums and proclaimed, through statements by virtually every national scientific academy and relevant major scientific organization including the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)  that climate change puts the well-being of people of all nations at risk. Surveys show that many Americans think climate change is still a topic of significant scientific disagreement. Thus, it is important and increasingly urgent for the public to know there is now a high degree of agreement among climate scientists that human-caused climate change is real. Moreover, while the public is becoming aware that climate change is increasing the likelihood of certain local disasters, many people do not yet understand that there is a small, but real chance of abrupt, unpredictable and potentially irreversible changes with highly damaging impacts on people in the United States and around the world.

11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Answer:

use the words you've learned regularly when you write and speak.

Explanation:

Vocabulary is simply the word stock that a person uses frequently.

There are many effective ways of expanding one's vocabulary which are writing down new words and looking up their meanings, reading new material, etc but the most effective way to expand vocabulary is to use the words you've learned regularly when you write and speak because this is the surest way to make sure that those words you learned become your core languages.
