'run' is distance x direction changes

'rise' is distance y direction changes

slope='rise'/'run'

for ABC

'run' is 11-3 or 8

'rise' is 10-0=10

slope=10/8=5/4=1.25 (dunno if your program wants fraction or decimal)

for DEF

'run' is 19-15=4

'rise'=20-15=5

slope=5/4=1.25

they are equal because the 2 triangles are similar (congruent means exactly the same but they are different sizes)

a store is selling cookies for $8.00 for 12 bags. how much will it cost if you want to buy 30 for your class
andrey2020 [161]

Ok so first you will need 3 bags since 12*2 is 24 that wont be enough for the whole class so 12*3= 36 so now that we figured out how many bags we need now we have to multiply $8.00 by three the answer is $24
