The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain divided into two hemispheres, the left hemispheres and the right hemispheres. These hemispheres are further divided into four lobes, namely the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, and occipital lobe. The cerebrum is associated with a person' s ability to move, think, learn and make complex decisions. When this part of the brain is injured, the person might experience difficulty in walking, remembering and thinking.

Hence, the blanks can be filled with 'loss of memory and impaired thinking'.
