I feel like thats just a matter of opinion. But I guess you could say that due to the Watergate scandal, people always associate President Nixon with bad thoughts, especially since he is the only president to have resigned during his term. He wasn't all bad though, when public discontent was displayed about the U.S. participation in the Vietnam war, he got us out of it.
